What's not to love about peaceful country living! Grand Oaks, Growing your Own Veggies, Fresh Eggs, Horseback Riding and Nature. Myakka Valley Ranches is a community East of I-75 off of Clark Rd. The Community sits next to the 28,875 acre Myakka River State Park which welcomes Deer, Alligator, Turkey, Bobcat, Fox, Otter, Sandhill Crane, and this is just to name a few. Every homesite is situated on 5+ acres giving room to sprawl but still within 7 miles to a Publix Grocery Store. The Community consists of 300+ homes with over 31+ miles of riding trails and easements. You can ride your horse for hours and never have to load up and trailer to go riding. The community even has a side entrance into Myakka River State Park that allows you to ride the trails throughout the park as well. The Park does request that you purchase the annual park pass if doing so. The pass can be purchased through this link -
