Every homesite is situated on 5+ acres giving room to sprawl but still within 7 miles to a Publix Grocery Store. The Community consists of 300+ homes with over 31+ miles of riding trails and easements. You can ride your horse for hours and never have to load up and trailer to go riding. The community even has a side entrance into Myakka River State Park that allows you to ride the trails throughout the park as well.
